    this technology is so new at the moment - and everyone is frightened that it may be out if date too soon, so wasting their investment...

    note also, that DVD DL is *not* the same as that used by film companies - it is just a larger storage format...

    this is not helped by the big companies refusing to to unify their formats - there will be a few casualties after xmas, that is sure...

    I think I might put money on *no-one* surviving - the average joe is only just getting used to normal DVDR!!
