DVD Recorder with HDMI Upscaling and DV in - any suggestions?

Hi there

Looking for ideas, recommendations, etc for a DVD recorder which upscales and has a DV in - this is to replace a Samsung DVD HR725 as I now have V+ and don't require an HDD any longer.

Budget £100 to £250.
