AFAIK none of them will do constant loop recording I'm afraid. I have no doubt such a device may well exist from any one of the many security firms out there though...is it for home/personnel use or business?

I doubt you could use a DVD recorder, but how about something like this:

    www.maplin.co.uk
    Item code: L76AL
    £199.99
This connects to a PC and records to the PC's HDD.

I have also seen CCTV equipment on http://www.ardelectronics.com but can not get onto their site at the moment.

    Mark.

I have seen some stand alone HDD units just wondered if it could be done with a RAM compatible player for example.
