Just looking for my first DVD recorder to replace VHS. The panasonic looks great but I cant establish if you can burn a prog recorded on the ram disk over to a DVD-R disk in the same machine if you want to keep it. Perhaps they all do this anyhow..... is this true. Any other opinons on this machine would be apeciated

    Cheers

It only has one drive so you cannot copy from one disc to another, unless you buy two of them. You should buy the E85 with the built in hard drive, you can then record and edit many hours of programs and burn them to disc if you want to keep any of them.
