Dvd Ram On Pc/laptop

    Hi

    I am this () close to buying an panny e85 but I'm also looking to buy a new laptop.

    I don't have any DVD burner at the moment. But I was just thinking is there a laptop DVD RAM drive??

    I borrowed an IBM laptop the other day and it had a DVD/CD-RW drive in it that read DVD-Ram disks. I don't recall seeing any laptops that can write to the DVD-Rams though.

    That is the important bit.

    As long as they can read the disc that's all that worries me.

    AJP use Panasonic Multi drives in most of their laptops:

    Panasonic, Toshiba and Samsung laptops generally read DVD-RAM disks.
