    Hi guys,

I've pulled a file off a RAM disc I need onto my PC and renamed it as an MPG. Trouble is it seems to have lost it's 16:9 flags. How can I fix this easily?

If you author the DVD-RAM properly in a VR capable product (e.g. TMPG Encoder 3Xpress or TMPG Enc Author) it will keep the Widescreen Switching Signal intact. Failing if you re-author into DVD-Video then you can follow this guide. And if you just want to convert the MPEG into widescreen then TMPG Encoder 3Xpress will do this.

Thanks, the guide proved handy. It's easist to author the DVD and then use ifoedit to rename the flags.
