dvd -r OR dvd +r? Confused....

    So, what ARE the differences between the two DVD writeable formats?
    I am sure this has been asked a thousand times but I cannot find the answer.

    Someone told me that one was for PC data only whereas the other could be used for making DVD movies?

    If you do a search you will find alot of info on it on this forum.I use both and have not hed a problem with either on any DVD players i've tried.

    stick with dvd-r, the media is much cheaper.
