    Hello

Can anyone explain the main differences between DVD-R general purpose and those DVD-R authoring. I really would like to know when you would use the more expensive DVD-R authoring discs.

Also, any suggestions on where to buy cheap but decent DVD-RAM discs.

    Thanks in advance.

    Milan

Someone will jump on me if I am wrong here....If you are meaning when should you use or need an authoring disc on a Panasonic RAM recorder then I think the answer is "Never" I believe authoring discs are for specialized DVD recording equipment only.

Try the forum below there are people there far more technicaly qualified than little ole me :D
