Im looking for a dvd player that has the following.

Divx playback
Ethernet connection for streaming
OR USB

HDMI connections.

Any ideas guys, oh and I dont want to pay a fortune.

I'm not sure, but have a look at the Helios X3000. Maybe they also make a cheaper version.
