I've just placed my first order with them. Hoping for good things, as it would be nice to have a change from DVD Soon taking the money up front.

Does anyone know if Pacific stock Canadian or US editions? Just wondering if you'll still get bi-lingual covers from Pacific.

What value was marked on the outside? I'm tempted but my order would probably be over £18.

I had concerns with customs too.
So far ive not had posty knock on the door.

I actually ordered each disk separeately and paid postage on each order. (still very cheap)

But oddly dvdpacific noticed my large order (6 disks) shipped them
in one package and reduced my postage costs.
Even then posty didnt want no import costs.

All my orders to date have not incurred any extra customs charges
    from anywhere. Maybe im lucky.

sorry if this seems obvious but are the 'members' prices the ones we pay?

Yes - you have to register to purchase, from what I can gather, and you then become a 'member'. Quite how you might be able to purchase at a higher price, without being a member is unclear, to me anyway. The only thing you might be wary of is that you also have to register a credit card, which they then keep on file.
