DVD- NTSC-Recording ?

    Does anyone know of a DVD recorder that can record live NTSC (with or without a Harddrive) but it would nice to have a HDD to use with UK Tv , I belive the Philips 70 can, because it does not have a tunner ?
    Is this So............

    Ay the moment I have sat box with 120GB harddrive full of US TV, I would like
    keep some of it ???????.

    All the panasonics will record ntsc from an ntsc source.

    And the Philips range.The only dvdr that has an NTSC oddity I know of is the Toshiba.
