DVD HDD Recorder recommendation

Good day.I need to purchase a DVD HD 250/160 GB Recorder which I can connect my 5-1 surround sound to ie one with FR,RL,CENT,SR,SL,SubW Audio Outputs.
Can anyone recommend a good mid-range model with a quite internal fan.

Can you specify what type of input your surround system has? e.g. Coaxial or Optical?

Many thanks for your reply and thanks for changing my request.The type of input my surround system has is Coaxial.PS My original message should have read Quiet and not quite fan!!

I have one, it works perfectly, except my TV Guide settings need adjusting since its not receiving any of the channels information, only started doing this recently.

Consider also the Sony 890. That has coaxial digital output.
