Are PC's capable of playing back DVD-Audio discs?
If so , what is software required?

Also, how do PC's handle the issue of multiregion DVD-video discs and RCE?

    Thanks!

    DVD-A? Haven't heard of a drive capable......yet!

DVD multiregion? DVD drives are present in factory for a region and usually give you 4 or 5 changes before they decide that's the region you're in. Check the "stick" post at the top for a link to DVD Genie - that's what u need.

    RCE??

Most DVD drives can be firmware patched to enable region free playback. Along with dvd-genie this allows any region to be played as often as you want without any problems at all.

As far as I'm aware this shouldn't cause problems with RCE discs either, but someone who has actually tested this might want to confirm.
