Question DVBLINK PVR - 1080P - Android box?

I'm looking for something that is inexpensive - no need for 4k and will run Kodi with the DVBlink PVR happily (to stream TV from the satellite card in my PC running dvblogic).
Of course it will also need to stream the usual 1080p content from my NAS

The Chinese websites are full of them but what to choose?

I should add - This is for a second room hence low budget - I will probably go Nvidia shield for my main install.

I recommend either Minix for standard Android box (I have the NEO U1) or the Xiaomi Mi Box for Android TV both are great for Kodi

I also recommend using a network tuner such as vbox TV gateway they have models for Freeview or Freesat and a Combi for both - instead of using the PC with the card. it save power as well as simplifies the TV integration

TV gateway is interesting - although i'd need softcam support

I don't think it has a built in softcam support, if there is a way to use an external softcam server, you should be able to use it in full SPTS mode which streams all the data
