    Help!!

I've just bought a Panny AE-300 and as above would like to link it to an on the way Yamakawa 365 DVD player, using the DVi out. I've just noticed that the Panny has a DVi-D plug input, whilst the Yammy has a DVi-I plug output... as seen here

What type of cable do I need?

    Cheers,

    Sigs

EDIT: Just noticed that on Yamakawa's website the rear of the Yammy 365 looks like DVi-I, but the specs say DVi-D :clown:

    Yamakawa

Does anybody know for sure what's what? :)

    Yup,

    dvi-D is what you want.

    Any of These should work.

I had the 7.5m version between my ae300 and yammy 365 with no probs (mind you I only used the player for about 2 hours and have just sold it :D )

Apparently any longer then 7.5m and you start to get problems

The picture was good  , mind you like I said it was rather limited testing.

But the sound couldn't match the limit a900se :thumbsdow , at least to my ears anyway.

As it was rather a spur of the moment purchase to just try dvi, I decided to sell it on so someone else could have a go.

Considering a Denon 2200/2900 now to try to improve picture and sound quality :D
