Just a quick rant. Why do even so-called 'specialist' electronics shops employ hapless fools to deal with customers? My Grundig Digibox transposes the red and blue colours in the DVD picture when used for RGB passthrough, so, following advice from this forum, I went in to see if they could knock me up a scart cable with a couple of pins reversed. Simple enough, you might think. The looks of blank incomprehension that hung on their faces immediately told me my luck was out. They even tried to cover up for their ignorance by suggesting that there might be some sort of adaptor available. Oh Buddha. So I went to Argos instead and bought an RGB switch. Maybe I'm being unreasonable, I don't know. Rant over.
