Out of stock at the moment but I've ordered a copy. For anyone into a little reggae, there are a couple of CDs "Pop Hits Inna Reggae" which are cover versions of recent pop hits. Many people who have heard them when I've played them in the car prefer some of the tracks to the originals.

Couldn't find them on play but Amazon have them.

    I have heard this.
Apparently their are several none to pleased parties about this, so get your copies now it is likely to be deleted/recalled.

some of the tracks are actually quite sympathetic to the originals whilst others i feel are meerly "boys stuff".

Anyone heard the excellent Dread Zeppelin? Led Zep, obviously, in the reggae stylee, complete with a singer who thinks and dresses like Elvis!!
    Actually very good.

I've heard one Dread Zep album and found it amusing. I like their Heartbreaker Hotel.

I can remember seeing them on TV once.

You'd think that reggae versions of LZ would be a niche market, but I think they managed several albums. Weird.

I remember Tortelvis from Dred Zeppelin:laugh: he even had the rhinestone jumpsuit and cape. His sideburns looked a bit like flattened moles though:rolleyes:

    I think they're still around.

As a jazz fan I used to enjoy a dub version of Take Five.
