Dual Monitor KVM - Display Problems

I have recently purchased a dual monitor KVM so that I can switch between my Laptop and Desktop. Have connected everything as directed and the Laptop works fine, however when I switch to the Desktop, the monitors do not display anything.

I have tried rebooting everything but it has not resolved + when the switched to the desktop on the reboot, monitor 1 shows the Dell booting screen, but then goes blank and does not show the home log in screen.

Any ideas on how to resolve?

Does your desktop support the monitors' resolutions and refresh rates?

The desktop was connected directly to the monitors before I introduced the KVM, so am going to assume that’s all ok. The KVM supports up 60Hz and 4K, so again think that is ok as well.
