Hi, I'm having problems getting my Geforce3 2000Ti on XP working at 856x480. I get 800x600 at 4 bit colour and have to re-install graphics card to revert to normal. Tried latest drivers to no avail. (does it matter that I use an LCD monitor? - wondering whether it is "telling" the graphics card and powerstrip to get knotted?)

I can get graphics cards free. Was wondering about getting a dual head card of some sort so I don't have to switch lead between monitor and PJ when I get it working. Has anyone done this? i.e. set monitor output to 856 and PJ to 1024 at same time?

    cheers

    i have a geforce2 mx duel head .

you can set a diferent res for the mon outs . the thing is though that i could only get an overlay on the primary mon . this made the second out usless as a source for my projector

if only it had worked it would have solved all my problems :(
