If you use a dual graphics card does it have to be plugged into moniter as well as TV. Or will just TV work.

Be aware that the S-Video output may not work with older TVs. I'm not sure why this is but the S-Video out on my Radeon 7500 wouldn't work on an 8 year old 21" Sony but worked with my 18 month old 32" Wega. I suspect the S-Video is being output at 60Hz and may require a multi-standard TV to cope. Your mileage may vary.
