Does anybody know of any of the newer DTTV Receivers/Adaptors that have S-Video out?

I know the Pace, 'half moon' adaptor has, but the lack of Aeriel RF through puts me off.

I believe Grundig have a new model (GDT 1000), but I can't seem to find any spec on it. I know their 'wedge' shaped model doesn't. (What is it with these weird shaped receivers?).

Are any other manufacturers doing any DTTV receivers?

The latest Nokia probably does S-Video out.

    Not the Nokia OnDig box

Pace DTVA is good though, but wouldn't want more than one at the end of a run

    My setup

    Aerial->MastHead Amp->Downlead->PSU for MHA->TV->OnDigBox->SLHF950->M40->Uplead to bedroom->Splitter to old TV and a DTVA

No, not the Nokia OnDig box. I meant the newly released Nokia - I think it's called the Mediamaster?

    Squirrel God.

Just had a look at the spec of the Media Master and there's only RGB and composite SCART out, no S-video out :(

I've also looked at the new Panasonic DTTV converter and that has only one SCART out, again RGB and Composite only.

I guess SVHS owners aren't considered at the design stage of these DTTV receivers.

So far, it seems that the Pace adaptor is the only option.

I think i'll just wait a while longer for other manufacturers to join the band wagon, as long as they don't 'dumb them down' even more, which is usually the case.

    Thanks

It is excellent. I'm very happy with it. :)

But then I use the loopthrough scart on my TV, which is different from what Kevo requires..... :(

If you look in the hand book for the original ITV Digital version of the Nokia STB it states that the Video out Scart supposidly can be toggled between Composite and S-VHS. However when you go to the menus this option is not working. Does anybody know if the new post ITVD versions [ silver ] of the Nokia have this as a working software option.

This would be fantastic as the Tv Scart could then toggle between RGB and Composite , and The Video scart between S-VHS and Composite. The best of all worlds. In the mean time I use an RGB to S-VHS convertor which works fine.
