firstly hello this is the first post allthough i have read wv for years.
i have had to write this as i am sick of the barry fox i hate dts campaign. having read the latest article it is simple the man is wrong. universal soldier,15 minutes, jaws, terminator 2,the grinch, the mummy, little nicky,eagles-hell freezes over (and numerous other music dvds),gladiator and on and on.
    get off your high horse.
1)the magazines very rarely puts that the sound track is in dts when it is.
2)the film companies dont put dts on the box(little nicky)
3)if you want to know about dvds dont ask someone who works in a store that sells them.
4)contrary to popular belief ther is a boatload of dts discs out there waiting to be watched.
yes it is louder so sounds better yes you dont like the dts empire but personally compared to the very unimpressive dd-ex i have heard through my denon 3802 i would rather stick to dts-es
    and dts-neo.
use your position to get some good done for our hobbies like fighting against regional coding and getting more good back catalogue discs not special editions of trash.
you are in a position most of us would kill for dont use it to shout about your personnal hates use it as our voice to the av worls as they will not listen to joe bloggs but will listen to barry fox.
    sorry guys but needed saying.

Yeah - there is absolutely no point in posting messages for the editorial team of any of the magazines in these forums. Tehre is no guarnatee that they will be read by the right people.
You're much better advised to email the editor directly.
Contact details on the respective websites.
