DSE on Samsung

So i only just noticed this on Saturday.

TV is a UE48H6500ST

Top left of my tv looks darker

pretty oblivious on the sky blue screen

Aparently its DSE? dirty screen effect im told? and its 'just unlucky'

Now this tv was bought 2nd August 2014, and only came with 1 yr warrenty.

So basically am i screwed?

Is it worth a email to Samsung?

I know the store i bought it from will wash their hands of it.

Im prepared to have it out with this as i dont think £600 for 15 months of use is great value?

Any thoughts appreciated

If you purchased it in August 2015 then it's still under warranty isn't. If it were me I'd find the owners or review thread here and go through that to see if it's normal and what other people did.

Bought many items from Samsung : TVs (5 still at home) , phones, laptops, etc Just needed help with laptoptwo months ago, I was asked to enroll in signature service, got screwed really bad, $50 to talk to a technician who said nothing they can help and after two months of getting charged $15/month I finally had to paid another $50 to cancel the rip off. Don't trust them , last purchase of a Samsung equipment
