    I know, I was quite surprised about that too! Maybe Edge are getting softer! :)

    The demo sucked...not even a step up from Driv3r.

    But Driv3r was :censored: - if it's not even a step-up from that then how on earth did it get a 7/10! :eek:

    Started playing it yesterday. Much better than 3, but still not quite as dynamic as you'd hope. It gets a bit samey, driving from one mission to the next, and the character when on foot is pretty crap, but the 70's quirkiness is great.

    The best thing is the awesome soundtrack, some great 70's tracks and a lot of modern hits also.

    Overall, not bad, but feels like a poor man's GTA: Vice City.

    Eurogamer's view:

    There's not too much shame in trying to do what GTA does, of course (and at least it's not about bloody gang warfare for once), but while this is definitely a solid improvement on its dreadful predecessor, it needed to achieve a basic level of competence and build upon it, and it only does that to a very limited extent.
