    Please can somebody help?

    I purchased my

    Iomega CD-RW 52x DVD-ROMIomega CD-RW 52x DVD-ROM

from an online auction on eBay but it didn't have ANY CDs/Software in the box, but despite several requests the seller originally asked for my address (again) but did not send. Unfortunately, this went on for so long that I lost the right to use the eBay complaints procedure - so there's no way for me to start using the machine unless somebody has/knows of any software to suit?

    System Info

    Apple iMac 400 MHz
    Mac OS 9.2.2
    Internet Explorer 5.1.7
    Outlook express 5.0.6
    Java & Cookies enabled

Any help or suggestions would be gratefully welcomed!

    Thanks
    Fi

cant you go to the Iomega website and download the drivers there? Noticed you're using a mac, if it was windows XP it may have installed the drivers automatically, or use windows update to find the drivers.
Best bet would be check the Iomega website, or use google and hunt for the drivers.

Many thanks for your suggestion. I have already been to the Iomega website but spent ages going round in circles to no avail! Maybe I was just being kind of thick that day?!! :suicide:

    Further replies still welcomed please

    Thanks

They have a live feedback section on their support website - it's good I used it the other week. You basically talk to a real person via a chat input and you can ask any questions there.
