Drinkers Belly and Exercise Pain.

    I am looking for some advice please, when exercising doing the squats are jogging excetra my belly bounces and causes pain and nausea, resulting in me having to stop that particular exercise.

    Besides sellotaping my belly what should i do?

    Compression fit base layer perhaps ? Not going to look great but you could wear it under a normal wicking tee.
    Not being funny but you are probably in the same boat as women needing sports bras - you need some decent support I guess

    or sub walking\cycling for the jogging. I cant run for more than 5 minutes as I have knee issues so cycling works a treat for me

    Shouldnt take long to lose the belly enough to start running again

    Don't run, and squat slowly. Seriously, build up to the more dynamic exercises.
