    Hi guys
I ve read somewhere that dreambox can be managed to output component video from scart out slot.
I don t know how this can be done but I ll start a research as soon as i get possitive answers to the following questions.
Is there a way to connect component video to hdmi?
I ve heard about a component to rga cable converter
and a vga to dvi converter.
Is there a vga to hdmi converter?
Will my 435's hdmi input support component non progressive signal?
If finally I get this to work will I get a better picture from my dreambox?

Don't think so, mate. RGB or S-video, no component. It's not unknown on a scart output, or in fact on input. Unusual though, check the spec of yours carefully. A simple scart to RGB phono lead would work if it does support it. VGA to HDMI can be done, as can component to HDMI, but everything has a price, and you might not like that one, it might well involve a full on scaler, £760 minimum.
