Morning guys - hope you can help me, I'm new to this.
I am having trouble downloading from an Outlook link. I did it once, but when a second link was sent all I get is a blank page and Done in the left corner of the screen. The link from the email takes me to a large Download link button, which gives details of the file etc underneath. The file I am attempting to open is a .txt file. I have enabled Java etc, still no good. As I said I was able to do it once on Friday, but not since then. Any ideas? Thank you for reading and perhaps helping me. FT
