    Does anybody know of a good download manger. I have used IDM but it seems to play up on my system.
    I thought Firefox may of had an add on to use but I cant find one.

    Any thoughts?

    Normally I recommend IDM, but as you've already tried it. I'd suggest FDM. If you don't like FDM, then you should think about GetRight or FlashGet.

    I used DownThemAll within Firefox, great add-on.

    Download Manager Tweak

    Use that for firefox, it's just basically an edit of the download window, adds pause buttons and such, nice and simple.

    Another vote here for FDM, very customisable and excellent RS integration if you use RS links
