downgrade package online or through box?

Hi

New to this, i know you can upgrade your package online or through your sky box, but can you remove channels without the need to phone sky support? if so how?

No, it is a phone call to Downgrade.

In fact 2, because they downgrade the wrong thing and you have to ring up again.:rolleyes:

Downgrade over the phone - blame cost and see what they do for you - I got a very good deal today for three months. Just enough to take me to the new football season. Don't forget to mention you are doing this because of cost - you can't do these kind of deals online so would suggest you use the phone. Quite a long wait at the moment as loads of people drop sports until the new season starts.
