Double Din Unit for trucks

Hi does any body know if any of the double din units have truck, or different vehicle sat navs in them.... we actually have a motorhome with a double din unit (Chinese naff thing) and would like to replace it with one you can put the vehicle size in (length, width, height and weight) so it wont take you down narrow roads, under low bridges etc....
