Doors Open 2012 Stephen Fry

It was certainly on ITV in the Granada area.

It was quite enjoyable in a light throwaway kind of way - switch off and let it wash over you.

Not as good as it could have been, particularly given a lot of very good actors.
It seemed to be just put together, no real flow or care given to what happened to the characters.

It was alright, but I was hoping it would be a bit better given the cast & author of the source material. They either needed to up the comedy or drama aspects, as the whole thing was just a bit flat.

& did I miss what happened to the third member of the trio? (The banker guy).
Fry buggers off to India with his paintings & poor old lovestruck MILLIONAIRE Henshall gets the girl. So did the (now jobless) other guy end up driving a minicab for the rest of his life as he predicted?

Quite poorly written imho. :lesson:

Sprout Pictures made this show. Stephen Fry is one of the co-owners of the company.
