I have the 2 disc version of the original release, can't beleive that there is already a directors cut out, what a way to ruin a perfectly good film so soon after its release.

    Ermmmmm,

I wasn't aware there was a 2 disc release of the original film ?

I've had the orgininal Region 1 version for a couple of years now, but there certainly hasn't been a 2 disc version released before now.

And I wouldn't say that the Directors Cut ruins it - for us Donnie afficionado's it a chance to see what the film would have looked like had Richard Kelly had the time and money to spend on it the first time round. And it comes with loads of new extras, so in my view its money well spent. :smashin:

And of course you've always got the option to not buy it !

    Ian.

My mistake i meant the version with all the extras on it not the prism 3.99 version. Still cant see the point of releasing a directors cut so soon after this classic was released.
