    I thought, as many people browse this forum looking for a headphone version of 5.1 digital, it would be a good thread to start to list all the ways of getting dolby headphone (which would appear to be a good surround sound function via a normal set of headphones) in the UK. For more information on dolby headphone, please use the link below;

So far my research has come up with the following answers, but I would appreciate any other comments or additions by other people.

    Marantz SR5500*
    Marantz SR7500*
    Denon 770SD
    Denon A1SR
    Harman Kardon AVR 635*
    Harman Kardon AVR 435*
    Harman Kardan AVR 335*
    Harman Kardan AVR 235*
(Harman Kardan AVR 135 - possibly)*
    Harman Kardan AVR 430
(The dual-SHARC verion of the) Tag McLaren AV32R processor
    Tag McLaren AV32R
Denon ADV-M71 (actually an all in one solution)

    * Please note that these are not yet released, but are due out in the next couple of months.

    Computer software

    Powerdvd

    DVDs

    Pearl Harbour; Region 1

I am sure that there are many different products that I have missed, so please reply to the thread, and we could see if we could get a conclusive upto date list going, for anyone that is interested.

Looks like HK, and Marantz have realised that there is market for dolby headphone on their recievers, let's hope that other manufacturers realise, so that it starts to become a standard like Prologic II, Dolby Digital etc.

    Hope this helps.
