I have just bought a Hitachi television with onboard Dolby Digital decoding, and was hoping to use the pre-outs to feed the front channels to my Rotel amp, and the bass channel to my Acoustic Energy sub. The front channels seem to be no problem, just left and right phonos, but the bass only has the one phono, yet my sub has two. How do I connect this?

    Thanks very much

You can either use the single line normally to the (L) output on your sub to the TV, or use a splitter from the TV and run two lines to the sub.
