Dolby atmos problem Hisense A7G and Sonos Arc

Hi everyone. I'm a newbie here and no expert so please forgive lack of knowledge.
Recently got a 75inch A7G and a Sonos Arc.

I've plugged the Arc into the eArc port on the TV and have the TV sound settings on eArc and digital output on Auto.
When streaming atmos content on the TVs native amazon prime app I'm getting "Dolby multichannel PCM 5 1" showing on the sonos app rather than dolby atmos which is frustrating the hell out of me

I've also tried plugging in a 4k firestick but still getting dolby multichannel with that too.

Am I doing something wrong? I thought I'd get Atmos on the Arc re an eArc port.

Any help much appreciated
