I was putting out the recycling this morning and saw that two young men were delivering leaflets. With a pleasant smile he handed one to me. I thanked him but it was obvious that this young African man had little or no English (let alone the language of heaven). I looked at the leaflet and it was for UKIP in the forthcoming Welsh election. I had to chuckle which produced a big grin from the young man knowing the irony of it.

UKIP aren't anti immigration, their anti uncontrolled immigration from Europe, so no reason why they shouldn't use non native British people to deliver their fliers. Yes I voted UKIP :p

For British people, not good i agree. BUT an Immigrant can become a British person to.

The quote was referring to tourist workers, Stupid thing to say in the first place as it plays on the race card, which i dislike as it reminds me to much of the "Jewish problem" and leads to people understandably thinking their the racist party.

The party is far from good in all areas, but it is a new party so they are still learning. No shortage of other stupid things the main parties have campaigned on.

You just have to look on the current EU In/Out vote to see how the fear card is being played by all sides, I dont like it, but its how virtual all politics is played nowadays

Their general nasty racism aside, most people who vote for them aren't aware of some of their more crackpot policies such as reintroducing smoking into pubs or raising the drink drive limit etc.

Well if the Government can print their Remain leaflets using a printers owned by Germans, then UKIP can have their regional assembly election leaflets delivered by non-Brits who barely speak English and might possibly not even have a work permit.

The dilemma is, if I got annoyed with the Government over their choice of printers, I should by rights, be just as annoyed that UKIP aren't making sure British citizens deliver their leaflets. Can't have uncontrolled immigrants doing it, after all, if that's what they're against ;)

You clearly go to the pub during normal opening hours, people who go for lock ins will tell you that the 1st thing the pub owners do after closing is bring out the ash trays, so not as daft as it might first seem
