Does this type of kit exist?

Right so here's the picture

Living room.
V+ (HDMI)
BlueRay (HDMI)
PS3 (HDMI)

What I'd like to be able to do is have a piece of kit that can take in these 3 inputs and stream them by wireless to the Bedroom which currently only has freeview.

Ideally I'd like the kit to have pass through so that I don't have to plug/unplug all the time but its not a biggy.

Also ideal if it has the IR extenders for the V+ and BR (PS3 won't be an issue) as the bedroom is straight above the living room so the BT should work.

So does this exist and if so where can I find it?

You could use a HDMI matrix switch and run hdmi over cat 5e - I thought I would try the neet stuff on amazon which is cheap and works.
