    Phew!

Thanks for the reply. I only asked because I got the charge warning when ordering a DVD movie only.

So what about music DVDs? Or should I just shut up now....!

I wondered about this BPI tax while just ordering Underworld SE R1 .. got the large "the BPI are a bunch of money-grabbing b'stards" warning and the pop-up but the final amount was the same as before it knew I was one of the BPI's victims.

    Good purchase!
I've emailed CDWOW suggesting they clarify the charges or exclude the warning from non-CD purchases, which would make more sense - after all if it's not relevant then why mention it?

I had the same message when I ordered a DVD last night, but it didn't add £2 to my overall bill.

CDs I believe definitely do carry the £2 surcharge, but music DVDs shouldn't do.
