I'm thinking of renewing my sky movie channels subscription via NTL. They're transmitting things like 24 s3 in widescreen, so I was wondering if all movies were now also being transmitted in widescreen?

Yes. Sky Movies transmit in widescreen.

There are a few of their older back catalogue movies which are still in P&S, and obviously the TV-Movies are only in 4:3, but all new movies are in widescreen.

EDIT - I have Sky Digital so cannot confirm that this is also the case with NTL (although I don't see why not)

thanks for the reply. I suspect NTL sky will be no different to dish sky in terms of aspect ratio.
