Does Sky anytime + work with any isp ?

Hi,
Hoping someone can answer a question for me . I am with "talk talk" for my internet. I fancy this sky anytime + , so i connected an ethernet cable from my router to my sky + hd box. I went into services and turned the broadband on. Still nothing . What i think it may be is that does sky anytime + only work with sky as your isp.

Try activating the service via "My Sky".
