As the title ........ +plus a few more enlightenments please :)
Looked on Cyberlink website can't see that it states it supports VC1 but am sure it must.
But what about the HD Audio formats, it mentions Dolby true HD but what about bluray disks as not all support this.
It mentions DTS, will this be just the standard up to 6.1 ? or a DTS HD version
What about the DTS master Audio.... is this still to come, as well as True HD 7.1 ?
Will AnyDVD give me compleate Reg.Free on all BluRay discs ?
I'm just 'mulling over' HTPC specs at the moment for a future build in the next couple of months & will be wanting to output the HD sound to my Maranzt receiver which takes the 5.1 analogue.
Also interested in Auzentech's HDMI X-Tension with HDMI sound out.
How would this work exactly for HD Sound.

    Thanks RLT

Even if it did support DTSMA, there is currently no way as of yet for you to output it from your PC.

By the time for this problem to be sorted it would be likely that, if it was not currently available, it would be included in a future version of Powerdvd.

I use all these sound formats from my PC analogue outputs (7:1) and they sound really good just using the onboard sound.
You forgot to mention MLP audio which is used on the Star Trek HD-DVDs (lossless)
