Recently purchased a Samsung TV (UE46ES6300UXXU) and wanted to replace my LG 3D surround sound system (BH6620S) with a Samsung (HT-E4500/XU) so it would better match with the TV.

Does it actually pay to match up?

I can see a good and bad point which would be-
    One less remote to use
On the Apps side of things you would end up with the same apps as on TV & Surround system with thesame make/brand

Recently seen a review by Which? That gives my existing LG surround system a better rating than the Samsung surround system

So need to decide what’s best
    Any suggestions guys?:lease:

Largely a matter of personal choice. Whats important is that the kit does what you want in the way you want.

Many remotes can learn the commands for other makers equipment. Or you can buy a universal remote.

I would say its important to remember the 'sound' in the surround sound unit, have a listen to the samsung system if you like the sound then it would be a good buy, if its sounds kack it obviously wouldn't.

    :)
