Does IAG answer e-mails?

    I have sent a very simple request to IAG helpdesk. I need to activate the HDCD option on my AV32R SP unit and still didn't got any feed back. :suicide:

    Does IAG have a helpdesk department? Will I get a reply? I'm starting to miss the old TMA service! :rolleyes:

    :lesson: if you need the HDCD in their av32r, you should contact with your dealer and pay the upgrade, after the helpdesk ( or the dealer) sent you a secret code, plus the SN of its av32r, will activate the decoder HDCD. :laugh:

    the answer of the helpdesk is very slow. :boring:

    My AV32R had the Siemens controler replaced because of an electricity peak and I got it back from the portuguese dealer without PL II and MPEG activated. At that time, I just sent an email to the TMA helpdesk with the new id code, the SN and the old codes and, on the same day, I got a new set of codes.

    This is what a call service.

    It seems that now we have a very expensive and quality product with a poor service! I don't know where these guys are going for... For me, this is pure business suicide. But, they should know! Its their money!

    But calling the UK from Portugal might double the price of HDCD option. Don't you think?

    I go through the local dealer!

    Point taken but surely these emails are getting through or if they are not Why Not !

    Perhaps IAG need more staff

    I'm just assuming that I got my money worth! ;) And feel it every day I switch on my system. :smashin: But a get your point. After all, the upgradability and service is also one of value-for-the-money issue in TMA.

    Just to say that I got my reply yesterday. :clap: The e-mail was moved to another folder and it took some days for them to realise it.

    OK, tell us who's got help(desk) now ?

    Got the HDCD licence code. It is now running!

    Almost 2 weeks of waiting. But at least I got it!
