Well my brother is thinking about getting them so......

    How do they sound?

Do you get anything with them to stand them on? What I mean is, if you don't buy stands for the fronts, can you just place them directly on a surface?

    Cheers :smashin:

Me personally, i think they sound good as well as looking good. Most people on these forums do not like them but for me they needed to look good in the room and not stand out too much. I have mine running with a denon 2807 and have had the denon set up the speakers automatically and it sounds amazing. I get deep bass and the speakers for their size put off some impressive sound. i love watching pirates of the carribean 2 as the sound effects sound great. Thank god the old guy upstairs is def, mind you the vibrations will be driving him mad.

As for the stands they come with 5 wall brackets as the stands are extra. But you can place them on corner units etc no problem. They have some weight to them so you do not have to worry about them moving when playing loudly.

    Hope this helps.

    Perfect - thanks mate :smashin:

He wants the same thing as you I think - nice sounding speakers that look great in a lounge. I think these will fit the bill perfectly.

    Thanks again

Each to their own i suppose! I had a demo recently and they didnt sound too impressive for the price...

And another dealer said they wouldnt get them in ever as they arnt the best speakers.

Saying that, I do like the styling!

Its the cheapest hdmi switching amp around. Its a great amp, had it for 2 weeks now and i am very impressed with it!! I got the 604 + kef 3005.1 + 2 speaker stands for £1200. Bargin!

If you buy the 604 or indeed the 674, you will be well pleased! (they say the sound quality is different on the 674 but IMO there is no difference. The only thing with the 604 is that you cant get the OSD through HDMI. But thats not much of an issue!)

    Cheers:thumbsup:
