Anyone else received their new Sky viewing card in the last few weeks and encountered problems since?
I am getting regular cut offs during viewing saying "no signal is being received", and am having to change channels or switch the box off and on again to get them back. I lost some of the music channels for two whole days. Also sometimes when I turn the box on from standby it tells me that my card is not inserted and I have to take it out and re-insert for it to work.
This never happened with the old card, frankly I wish I hadn'y thrown it out. This happened to anyone else?

    Hi aceandy,

Yep - had similar problems to you. I was using a fairly old Pace decoder. Sky told me the decoder was not compatible with the new viewing cards - they ended up having to replace the decoder AND the dish to cure the problem - it was free of charge, but it did take them around 2 weeks to come and fix it.

I suggest you talk to sky about it.

Neither have I. I seem to remember someone saying Sky+ customers would get them last.
