how do. i have a contract with three, with a lg 8120 crap phone. My contract is 4 months in and my phone has just completely crashed for the 7 time. I have had 3 new phones off them, and had numerous other problems. Firstly, does anyone know of similar problems with either this phone or with the network? And secondly, am i legally entitled to a free uprgrade or cancellation of my contract due to the amount of problems i have had. Any advice would be very helpful!! Ta.
