ive heard you have to have your xbox set to 60hz to play this but what if you have it going through vga how do you go about that as it doesnt give you the option thanks and could someone let me no what its like on line thanks

If you're using VGA it should be 60Hz - have you got an info button or similar on your TV - that might tell you what resolution and Hz you're at. If you use a composite/scart lead you can switch between 50 and 60Hz.

ive got it going through my lcd monitor and the xbox is set to 1280x1024 so will that be ok

it depends whether your monitor supports that resolution or not.
