I know a reason for changing from VHS to DVD was the extra space and the ability to watch speacial features.(as well as the obvious picture & sound quality) But is it just me are do people never watch these?? I never seem to have time. The only time i go into the extra's is to see outtakes, especially in comedy's as these can sometimes be funnier than the actual film!!! I know there are people that buy the special editions for the extras, but how often are these extras worth the money?? Do people go back and watch the special features again and again?? And what's with the film commentry?? Who can watch a film for an hour and a half, with some dope yapping away about why he shot it from such and such an angle??? Anywayz, I'm just after buying the (3 disk) extended edition of Gladiator after already owning the (2-disk) special edition.... And i realised i'm only doing this for the look of the boxset... Well as i payed £12.50 for it i will watch the film again and if i get a chance will watch the extras once, just to see what they are about. But watch them a second time?? I seriously doubt it.
