Do you know of a DVD player to match this spec?

Novice Member
Hi all,
I'm getting fed up with the user-unfriendliness of my current DVD player and am looking to spend up to a maximum of say £250 for an improvement. But I'm having real trouble finding any players or recorders that match my requirements, so if you know of any that do (current ranges or recent past) then please let me know.

The key features I must have (all, or I save my cash) are:
* Good quality picture/sound
* Resume function for at least 3 discs (retained even when player switched off)
* Component video out
* Optical audio out
* 30-second or 60-second skip function during playback (forwards and backwards)
* 1.33x video zoom during playback (with movie completely watchable in this mode, with no on-screen zoom indicators)

Doesn't sound too taxing does it? But it's the last two requirements that seem to be the tricky ones. Any suggestions?
